Dr. Mohammad gave an awesome presentation about the Olympics! The coolest part was when he showed us a video from the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He called it a classic that always gets people excited about the Games. He also talked a lot about the Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP). He said it's all about promoting good health, happiness, and getting along with each other through sports. Dr. Mohammad even told us about when he helped put on OVEP events in his own country. Everyone got to play sports and it showed how sports can make your body, mind, and spirit all feel good.
